We act as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, tour guides). While we strive to ensure quality and reliability, we are not directly responsible for services provided by third-party vendors.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking on your behalf and assume all responsibilities under these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making bookings or enquiries. This includes:

• Full legal name(s) of all travellers as they appear on government-issued IDs
• Valid contact details (email, phone number)
• Correct travel dates and destinations
• Special requirements (dietary restrictions, medical conditions, accessibility needs)

Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in booking errors, additional charges, or cancellation of services. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect user-provided information.

3.3 Account Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from EdumilesTravels via email or other communication channels. Enquiries, quotes, and provisional bookings do not constitute a confirmed reservation.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking and will include:

• Package costs (accommodation, transportation, activities)
• Applicable taxes and service charges
• Any additional fees (visa processing, travel insurance, if opted)

Payment terms typically require:

• An advance payment (usually 20–30% of the total package cost) to confirm the booking
• The balance amount to be paid before the travel date as specified in the booking confirmation

Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and payment gateways. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party gateways, and we do not store your payment card details.

4.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. For international bookings, currency conversion charges may apply.

4.4 Price Changes

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price will not be altered unless there are significant changes imposed by service providers (e.g., fuel surcharges, government taxes, or currency fluctuations). In such cases, you will be notified promptly.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation and modification terms vary depending on the package and service providers involved. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information.

In general:

• Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refunds after deducting applicable charges.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of travel) may result in significant deductions or full forfeiture of payment.
• Modifications to travel dates, destinations, or travellers may incur additional fees.

6. Travel Documents and Insurance

6.1 Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid travel documents, including:

• A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates
• Appropriate visas for the destination(s) you are visiting
• Any required health certificates or vaccination records

We may assist with visa processing as an additional service, but we are not responsible for visa approvals or rejections. Failure to obtain required documents is not grounds for a refund.

6.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is not automatically included in our packages unless explicitly stated.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or website functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or user accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our website
• Post or transmit harmful content (viruses, malware) through our platform

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of services and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design elements, is the property of EdumilesTravels or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Providers

We act as an intermediary and are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, tour operators). Claims arising from services provided by third parties must be directed to those providers.

9.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
• Political unrest, war, terrorism, or government actions
• Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions
• Technical failures or internet outages

9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

9.4 Limitation of Damages
